Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Handle payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits and receipts
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect store assets and ensure loss prevention
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates
