Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Lehighton, PA. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or similar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure fixtures are displayed effectively.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
