Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, deliver friendly customer service, and develop the team.

You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional displays and store cleanliness to company standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support loss prevention and ensure adherence to policies.
