Job summary

James Avery Artisan Jewelry in Prosper, TX is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist Store Management with in-store supervision and to lead a team toward exceptional guest service. This front-line leadership role supports the Retail Store Leadership Team at our Gates of Prosper location.

You will open/close the store, train associates, manage inventory, and coordinate with management to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent; 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selection and purchase of merchandise.
• Resolve guest issues effectively.
• Monitor and approve guest returns per retail policies.
• Maintain guest service levels and provide feedback as needed.
• Lead store opening and closing duties.
• Provide leadership and training to associates; delegate tasks.
• Assist in inventory processes and shipping/receiving.
• Prepare supply orders and manage merchandising displays.
• Ensure store security procedures are followed.
• Communicate product trends to District Manager.
