Neat Repeats Resale, part of the Crisis Center for South Suburbia, seeks an organized Assistant Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead online sales, and enhance experiences for customers, donors, and volunteers.

This hands-on role supports the Store Manager, drives e-commerce initiatives, and helps maximize donated merchandise value while maintaining engaging displays and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail customer service experience.
• Experience coordinating volunteers and events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel.
• Cash handling and POS experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations with the Store Manager on priorities and goals.
• Lead online sales program, pricing, listings, and shipping.
• Train and supervise volunteers and coordinate schedules.
• Maintain accurate sales records, deposits, and pricing practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers, donors, and volunteers.
• Assist with merchandising and store displays.
