Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Kentucky LP seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee daily store operations, enhance customer service, and develop team members. • High school diploma or equivalent; able to read/interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Assist in merchandising, inventory, and stockroom-to-sales floor transfers.
