Foot Locker in Columbus, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead with energy and ownership. You’ll support the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching the team, and keeping the store running smoothly day to day.

You will move with urgency, stay connected to customers and teammates, and embody the "Always on, Never no" mindset to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or key holding role.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
