Job summary

BikeSource Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to balance retail operations with a passion for people and the power of a great brand. The assistant store manager leads daily operations in the absence of the Store Manager, coaching staff and supporting profitability while delivering outstanding rider experiences.

You will work with staff and local riders, support in-store events, manage inventory, and ensure service metrics are met.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail supervisory/assistant management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekends and holidays; physically able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations in the absence of the Store Manager and support scheduling, inventory, and team development.
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional rider service and drive store profitability.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and brand team to host events, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards.
