Specialized Bicycle Components, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for BikeSource in Highlands Ranch, CO. You will lead daily retail operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional rider service while supporting profitability goals set by the Store Manager.

You will partner with service and operations teams to manage schedules, inventory, events, and customer relationships, ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for riders and staff alike.

The assistant store manager encourages successful, profitable retail and takes that expertise to the next level as a pacesetter of outstanding brand experiences, in store, as the store manager sees fit and directs. The assistant store manager works collaboratively and hands-on with staff and local riders as a host, brand advocate, and customer service ace. This role also works cross-functionally with other members of the Specialized team to support store-based events founded on education, advocacy, and brand/retail innovation.
