Specialized in Charlotte, NC seeks a Service Manager for Bikesource to lead the bike department repair shop, oversee intake, prioritization, parts management, and ensure high-quality rider service. You will drive profitability, mentor technicians, coordinate workload, and uphold safety and cleanliness while delivering outstanding rider care and warranty support.

This role requires 1+ years in retail, passion for cycling, strong communication, weekend availability, and physical fitness.

Qualificações

• Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication with riders and team members.

Responsabilidades

• Lead service team in bicycle and store service functions and set best practices.
• Oversee workload and ensure 24-hour turnaround on standard repairs.
• Manage repair workflow from intake to completion and rider communication.
• Attend to warranty issues and coordinate with warranty representatives.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper stocking of tools.
