Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize transfers from delivery truck to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for staff and customers.
