Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish)

Responsabilités

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training; monitor progress.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Answer telephone per company policy and handle inquiries.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and order arrivals; contact customers as needed.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and manage returns processing.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to schedule and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including end-of-day procedures and bank deposits.
