Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Wisconsin to lead daily operations at our store locations. You will champion customer service, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.

You will educate customers on the product portfolio, resolve issues, and meet sales and service targets. A high school diploma and 1+ year experience in sales, service, or cash handling are preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and options.

• Answer inquiries via phone and respond to applications.
• Handle cash, balance drawer, and process deposits.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
