Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment.
• Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on the product portfolio by presenting all options for products and services.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, DDO, and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process customer applications or requests.
• Perform outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle cash, balance cash drawers, and assist with deposits and discrepancies.
• Validate customer information through verifications and process transactions per policy.
• Comply with federal and state regulations and complete required trainings.
• Other duties as assigned.
