Job summary

Dollar Tree in Gypsum, Colorado is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with opening/closing, merchandising, loss prevention, scheduling, and training Store Associates while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment. This role requires strong communication, physical stamina, and the ability to lead a busy team in a high-energy retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and be on your feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas.
• Open and close store procedures as needed.
• Support training and development of Store Associates.
