Job summary

You will lead associates, manage inventories, and uphold a safe, friendly shopping environment for customers. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, retail management experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform repetitive movements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies.
• Maintain fixtures and displays for promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash and security.
• Train and develop store associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Keep bathrooms and floors clean and presentable.
