Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Develop Store Associates and supervise under Store Manager.
• Maintain store cleanliness, security, and asset protection.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and displays are updated.
• Open and close store as needed.
• Process directives, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions from customers.
