Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Raeford, NC location.

You will assist with daily store functions, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and help maintain cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role offers opportunities for growth within a collaborative team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and interpret directives within store operations.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending and climbing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment with strong customer service focus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor while maintaining seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked store and ensure policies are followed.
