Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, and operate cash register and scanner to itemize the customer's purchase.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees, training, safety meetings, and compliance with policies.
• Manage merchandise, including receiving, stocking, and building displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and protect assets.
• Support planograms and store presentation according to standards.
• Ensure cash accountability, deposits, and safe operation of cash controls.
• Assist with store operations in the Store Manager's absence.
