Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise via receiving, stocking, and displays per planograms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and cash controls.
• Assist with store leadership in the Store Manager’s absence.
