Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year retail experience and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.
• Strong math, cash handling, and cashier accountability knowledge.
• Ability to manage cash registers, generate reports, and deposit funds.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers, operate cash register and scanner.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling and training of employees; conduct safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise stock, restocking, and planograms per Store Manager guidance.
• Maintain accurate inventory, control damages, markdowns, and deposits.
• Assist with store leadership in the Manager's absence.
