Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience in a retail environment with supervisory exposure desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and safety meetings for staff.
• Manage merchandise stocking, planograms, and displays per policy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with deposits and cash controls.
• Support Store Manager in absence and ensure store profitability.
