Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist with scheduling employees and staff training; conduct safety meetings.
• Follow processes for receiving, stocking, and merchandising displays.
• Maintain accurate inventory; manage damages and markdowns.
• Support planogram implementation and product presentation.
• Ensure cash handling integrity; cash deposits and refunds as needed.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
