Job summary

Responsibilities include leading customer service, scheduling, training, safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership and operate cash register.
• Open and close the store at least twice per week.
• Assist with scheduling and training of employees, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, and markdowns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and cash losses.
• Support planogram implementation and merchandise presentation.
• Ensure financial integrity through accurate cash handling and deposits.
• Assist in store management during Store Manager's absence.
