Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred; supervisory exposure is a plus.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, and safety meetings.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, and displays.
• Help maintain accurate inventory and control losses.
• Assist with planograms and product presentation.
• Support store financial integrity: refunds, overrides, and deposits.
• Assist in store operations during Store Manager absence.
