Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Arkansas LLC in Prescott, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development. The role includes assisting with day-to-day activities, helping customers, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked store.

As a part-time supervisor, you will train and develop store associates, supervise opening/closing procedures, maintain displays, and help protect assets while upholding company policies and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process directives and maintain communications related to store activities.
