Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Elkview location. You will work closely with leadership to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise, supervising associates, maintaining displays, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards while following company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Maintain stockrooms and sales floor, and manage displays.
• Open and close store procedures.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support the Store Manager in training Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and respectful store atmosphere.
