RiseMe in Evansville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales, service, and operations. You will coach, onboard and develop the store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and align with company standards.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of Retail or Sales experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training store team members.

Drive customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score through coaching and process improvements.
