Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and staff development. You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, and ensure merchandise moves smoothly from receiving to sales floor.

The role includes opening/closing procedures, payroll and scheduling records, and maintaining clean, organized store areas. A high school diploma and store management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
