Job summary

Dollar Tree in Warner Robins, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities and help supervise Store Associates to maintain efficient, friendly service.

Responsibilities include organizing merchandise from delivery to floor, opening and closing procedures, enforcing safety and company policies, and helping protect assets while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives including payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and protect assets.
• Help train and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and enforce policies.
