Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Lithonia, GA. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, supervise Associates, and help maintain stockrooms and sales floors according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays; ensure store standards.
