Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks (walking, standing, stooping, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Process corporate directives and maintain records (payroll, scheduling, cash handling).
• Protect company assets and practice loss prevention.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and support store leadership.
