• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment; problem solving and decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and maintain store compliance.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays; protect store assets.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop Store Associates; maintain a clean, safe environment.
