Qualifications

• Retail store management experience preferred in grocery/drug/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures and promotional displays.
• Assist in ordering, damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Protect assets and ensure security of cash.
• Lead and develop Store Associates and maintain respectful environment.
• Ensure cleanliness and neat presentation of store areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
