Job summary

Qualifications

• Lift up to 55 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Help oversee payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Train and develop Store Associates and support leadership.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
