Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and foster a customer-centric environment.
• Partner with Store Manager to recruit and develop staff and achieve financial goals.
• Promote asset protection and accurate cash handling.
• Open/close store and manage cash drawers and merchandise.
• Monitor loans, inventory, and store presentation to maximize profitability.
• Provide training to Pawnbrokers and staff as per FirstCash standards.
