You will partner with the Store Manager to drive store performance, train staff, recruit talent, and deliver exceptional customer service across a high-volume retail environment. You will oversee daily operations, balance customer relations, and support financial goals while maintaining asset protection and store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of management/3rd key experience.
• Ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store employees alongside the Store Manager.
• Promote a customer-centric environment and address issues.
• Manage cash, opening/closing duties and asset protection.
• Assist in recruiting and training Pawnbrokers.
• Monitor financial statements and store profitability.
