Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Ability to lead by example and give/receive feedback.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable with initiative and minimal supervision.
• Completed training modules and understanding of Ziggi’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience and staff wellbeing.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Perform administrative duties such as ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and processing invoices.
• Support health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Lead during GM absences and act as a dependable on-shift decision-maker.
