Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. and its brands are seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oklahoma. You will be a front-line brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring regulatory excellence across our store operations.

Responsibilities include educating customers on products, handling transactions, and maintaining accuracy in cash-handling duties while upholding company values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency, and focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work autonomously.
• Must have own reliable transportation and valid driver's license/auto insurance.
• Willingness to uphold core values of accountability, inclusivity, transparency and focus.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the product portfolio and present options that meet their needs.
• Escalate issues to the store manager, District Director of Operations (DDO), and corporate office when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist with general questions, applications, or requests.
• Conduct outbound customer sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations and procedures.
• Provide professional, accurate responses and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
• Interact with customers using active listening to confirm information and diffuse complaints.
• Handle and count currency, cash deposits, and related cash handling duties.
• Balance batch receipts with sales reports and resolve over/short discrepancies.
• Verify customer information and process transactions per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies; complete required trainings.
