Job summary

CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Oklahoma to lead daily customer service and ensure regulatory compliance. You will educate customers on our product portfolio, process transactions, and support store operations with a strong emphasis on accuracy and ethics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by presenting product options and meeting needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district office when needed.
• Answer and route telephone inquiries and process customer applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls in compliance with regulations.
• Handle cash and reconcile cash deposits with sales. Balance end-of-day batches.
• Ensure transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend) comply with policy and procedures.
