Bath & Body Works in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will help positively impact growth by leading store operations and confident leadership on the sales floor.

The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and driving sales while maintaining store standards and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a manager role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Set and reinforce performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and execute operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and storytelling of products.
• Perform opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Lead the day/shift direction when associates arrive, and provide feedback to managers.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Model selling behaviors with elevated product knowledge and customer service.
