Foot Locker is seeking an Assistant Store Manager (ASM) in Raleigh to lead a high-energy, customer-focused team on the sales floor. You will drive daily sales, coach teammates, and uphold store standards with urgency and ownership.

You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, guest experience, and successful implementation of loss-prevention and safety protocols. This role offers development opportunities within a dynamic retail family.

Competenze

• 1+ years of retail leadership or key holder experience.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and engage a diverse team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and ready to take ownership.
• Basic understanding of retail KPIs and operational processes.
