Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Knowledge of inventory controls and SOPs.
• Comfort with educating customers about brand history and products.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store performance and KPIs.
• Act as brand ambassador and educate customers about Gorjana and products.
• Create action plans to improve store performance.
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling and follow-up.
