Gorjana is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for our Seaport location in Boston. You will help drive store performance, train and lead the team, and ensure top-notch customer experiences while upholding Gorjana standards.

You will supervise daily operations, schedule staff, manage inventory, and coach team members to meet KPI goals and brand expectations. This role requires adaptability, strong communication, and a passion for our jewelry brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long shifts.
• Comfort with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance and KPIs, acting as brand ambassador.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop store talent.
