Job summary

gorjana in Michigan seeks an Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance, coaching the team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead by example in customer engagements, train staff, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

You will role-model strong communication, schedule staff, and support opening/closing tasks while maintaining a high level of presentation and sales focus.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in a retail leadership position.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
• Flexible to cover nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support overall store performance and KPI’s.
• Educate customers on brand history and product knowledge.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and development of talent.
• Execute brand visual standards and updates.
• Manage daily store operations and scheduling.
