Job summary

gorjana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Aspen to contribute to store performance, brand representation, and exceptional customer experiences. You will coach a team, support recruiting, and drive clienteling initiatives to grow sales.

You will lead daily operations, uphold visual standards, and manage inventory while delivering outstanding service and collaboration across shifts. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of retail leadership experience
• Able to lift/move at least 50 lbs
• Able to stand or walk for 6+ hours per shift
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Able to work full-time with open availability

Responsibilities

• Support overall store performance and KPIs
• Act as brand ambassador and educate customers about Gorjana
• Develop action plans to improve performance
• Build new and repeat business through clienteling
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of talent
• Communicate effectively to energize the team and drive collaboration
• Lead by example in customer service and handling returns
• Execute daily store operations and staffing per SOPs
• Maintain brand visual standards and store inventory
