This role partners with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, while overseeing payroll, inventory, merchandising, and shrink.

You will ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, mentor staff, and foster a welcoming store atmosphere that supports growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in a supervisory role in retail.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team, including development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Support day-to-day operations: payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and resolving issues.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
