You are not here to “assist”—you are here to lead shifts, drive performance, and own outcomes.
You will:
- Take full ownership of your shifts—leading the team, making decisions, and driving results
- Hit daily and weekly sales and performance targets
- Coach and develop a team of 8–15 associates to deliver fast, friendly service
- Maintain a full, clean, and highly shoppable sales floor at all times
- Execute product drops, promotions, and merchandising strategies with urgency
- Keep the buy counter running efficiently while ensuring strong inventory flow
- Step in wherever needed—you set the standard for the team

📋 Qualifications
- 3+ years retail or customer-facing experience
- 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to coach and develop a team
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Comfortable handling cash and store operations
- Flexible schedule (weekends and some holidays required)
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs
