Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking customer service–oriented individuals to join our store management team in Ohio. The role oversees daily store operations, buying and selling gently used clothing and accessories, loss prevention, merchandising, and supervising team members.

The position emphasizes coaching for customer service, staff development, and achieving store goals in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are highlighted in the offer.

Qualifications

• At minimum 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments.
• Sales driven, goal oriented, and impeccably honest.
• Able to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong skills in customer service, communication, organization, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of daily operations of the store.
• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees to ensure store is always properly staffed.
• Motivates and directs store teams to maximize productivity and profitability and communicates daily and weekly store goals.
• Promotes the highest level of customer service through coaching, training, and role modeling.
• Maintain merchandise and visual presentation standards daily.
• Upholds all operational policies and procedures.
• Buying gently used clothing and accessories to meet company standards.

Working Conditions and Expectations:

• Required to work 40-42 hours per week, which include 2 nights and rotating weekends
• Must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climb a ladder, pushing, repetitive lifting,
• Vision, coordination and reading requirements consistent with the employee’s need to inspect items closely and efficiently
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs.
