Job Description:

Assistant Store Manager (ASM) is responsible for assisting the general manager with the management of day-to-day operations of the store, while adhering to Global Partner's policies and procedures.

Our diverse operations include Alltown Fresh, known for chef-led creations and guest-focused retail, over 50 liquid energy terminals across the eastern seaboard, and initiatives like GlobalGLO.   1. Complete daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
  2. Supervise, develop, train, and discipline hourly employees, ensuring operational standards.
  3. Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, assist in investigations of shortages/overages and inventory variations.
  4. Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and records assigned by management.
  1. Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested, following cash control policies.
  2. Manage cash procedures including deposits and change orders.
  3. Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and sanitation.
  4. Ensure store security and safety, complying with safety and environmental guidelines.
  5. Coordinate gasoline levels and deliveries.
  6. Engage in promotional initiatives and promote guest service excellence.
  7. Perform duties as per company policies and any additional tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work in various temperatures and physical conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and access all store areas.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
